I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety and eating disorder and come out a lot stronger. My journey isn’t over but I’m working on getting healthy. Having a food blog took me down a dark path, so now I’m sharing recipes to make you feel good. This isn’t a diet blog, but hopefully my recipes won’t make you feel too guilty either. Too many people have an unhealthy relationship with food, and I want to do what I can to change that. This is my story about getting truly healthy, both physically and mentally.
